(the first interview and exercise session is included with no additional charge so this is 10 +1H total)

As in the smaller package, we will go through the exercises, machines and movements that support your goals and how to do them properly and safely.

We can also perform a fitness test on you

After teaching you the correct techniques, on the later sessions we can focus on making sure you internalize them. I’ll help you understand why movements are done in a certain way and help you learn them into your muscle memory – this takes time and practice.

Should you wish, I can also design a meal plan for you that supports your goals.
